aset69 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted one account only per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and confiscation of funds.
Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted by law are prohibited from using aset69. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations. aset69 does not accept legal liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
All users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC is a legal and regulatory requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must submit clear, legible copies or photos of the following documents:
KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of submission. During peak periods (major holidays, tournament weekends), processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email once your verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no currency conversion fees.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts enjoy higher deposit limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
For security purposes, your first deposit and any unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification. We may request proof of payment (bank transfer receipt, e-wallet transaction screenshot) to confirm that the payment originated from an account registered in your name.
Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, funds will be returned to the originating account and your aset69 account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available only to users who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. You may withdraw to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed first thing the following morning. Gold-tier VIP members enjoy 24/7 instant withdrawal processing.
Daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier: Bronze accounts may withdraw up to Rp 5.000.000 per day, Silver accounts up to Rp 10.000.000 per day, and Gold accounts up to Rp 50.000.000 per day. Higher limits may be requested by contacting customer support.
As part of our AML compliance obligations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000, you must place at least Rp 100.000 in bets before requesting a withdrawal. This policy prevents aset69 from being used as a money transfer service.
All bonuses are subject to specific terms & conditions published on the relevant promotional page. Key terms include wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x the bonus amount), eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, and any other behavior deemed to exploit promotional offers. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and accounts permanently closed.
First-time depositors are eligible for aset69's welcome bonus package. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer per user, household, and IP address. Terms vary by promotion period and are clearly stated on the promotional page at the time of deposit.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet slip before submission. aset69 reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors), duplicate bets resulting from technical glitches, or bets placed after an event outcome is already known.
For football (bandar bola) and other sports markets, official results as declared by the governing sports body are final. Settlement is based on the result at the end of regulation time unless otherwise stated. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime are excluded unless the market specifically includes them.
All live casino games are streamed in real-time from certified studios. In the rare event of a technical disconnection during a live round, the round continues to completion and your bet is settled based on the final outcome. RNG-based games (slots, table games) use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing agencies.
Togel draws (togel Singapore, togel Hongkong, togel Sydney, etc.) are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery authority. Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). If a scheduled draw is canceled or postponed by the official lottery body, all bets on that draw are voided and stakes refunded.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with anyone. aset69 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
You agree to regularly review your account transaction history and betting activity. Any discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious activity must be reported to customer support immediately. Failure to report discrepancies within 30 days of occurrence may result in forfeiture of any claims.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 will be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. We will notify you via email 30 days before applying inactivity fees.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, funds confiscation, and potential legal action:
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, aset69 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from server downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest).
aset69 integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and live streaming services. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Issues with third-party content should be reported to customer support for resolution.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the matter to our compliance department by emailing [email protected]. Escalated disputes are reviewed by senior management and a final decision is issued within 14 business days.
The decision of aset69 management on any dispute is final and binding. By using the platform, you waive the right to pursue legal action in most cases, except as required by applicable law.
You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
aset69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, fails KYC verification, or poses a security risk. Suspended accounts are investigated, and funds may be withheld pending investigation outcome.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which aset69 holds its operating license.
